Pop ups cannot contain quotation marks in the name of the Pop Up or in the word that is used in the question text to link to the pop up. Quotation marks are a special character in Javascript and are causing the interview script to fail if added to the Pop up name or the linked word in the question.
The A2J Author team is working on a fix, but please avoid doing this for now.
